Instructions

Dredge the Chicken: Season your flour with a pinch of salt. Coat the chicken cutlets in the flour, shaking off any excess.

The Golden Sear: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through ($165^\circ F$). Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

Aromatics: In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

The "Mama's" Infusion: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Immediately stir in 1.5 tsp of Mama’s Italian Seasoning.
