K&Co. Mama’s Italian Bread Dipper

K&Co. Apothecary loves its Italian food through and through. Mama's Italian makes one of the best and simple dips you will ever have in your life. Use this at any party with a phenomenal bread for instant satisfaction. Just know that the party will not move from its location.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup EVOO
  • 2 tbsp. K&Co. Apothecary Mama’s Italian
  • 3 garlic cloves minced fresh
  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • aged balsamic vinegar

Step 1:

Take a mortar and pestle and place 3 minced garlic cloves and the seasoning inside and crush them together for about 2 minutes.


Step 2:

Add your olive oil to the mix and continue to mash all ingredients with the mortar and pestle. When you are done you will have a lot of oil and some well mashed up ingredients at the bottom.


Step 3:

Move all ingredients into a bowl and then refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator in the morning.

Step 4:

Slice your ciabatta bread and lightly brush with the dipping oil. Then on a hot grill toast both sides of your ciabatta.

Step 5:

Take oil that has been resting and pour into a bowl for serving. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and dip away!
